You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to open and use a bototo account. We verify identity through our KYC process and reserve the right to close any account that does not meet these requirements.
Each player may hold exactly one active bototo account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of funds and permanent suspension. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
All promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Requirements, minimum deposits, and validity periods are stated per offer. Abuse of bonuses will result in forfeiture and account review.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which bototo is licensed. Disputes are resolved first through our internal complaints process; unresolved matters proceed to binding arbitration under the rules of our licensing authority.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and bototo ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must cease using the Platform immediately.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to open an Account and use any service on the Platform. This is an absolute requirement and is not subject to exception. bototo employs age verification measures at registration and reserves the right to require documentary proof of age at any time.
2.2 Residency. The Platform is operated for players who are residents of Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are physically located in and a resident of Indonesia.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. You must not be under any legal disability or court order that would prevent you from entering into this agreement.
2.4 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to hold an Account: employees of bototo or its affiliates; persons who have previously been suspended or permanently banned from the Platform; individuals who are subject to self-exclusion orders; and any person whose participation would violate applicable law.
21+ Age Restriction: Gambling on the bototo Platform is strictly restricted to adults aged 21 and over. Minors who attempt to register or gamble will have their accounts permanently closed and any funds held will be returned to the funding source after verification. 3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and a phone number currently registered in your name. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify bototo support immediately.
3.4 Account Currency. All bototo Accounts are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No other currency is accepted. Transactions via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are all processed in IDR with no conversion fees applied by the Platform.
3.5 Account Updates. You must promptly update your Account information if any registered details change. Failure to maintain current and accurate information may result in Account restrictions, delayed withdrawals, or suspension pending re-verification.
4.1 Mandatory Verification. bototo is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, prior to activating full Account functionality. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.
4.2 Required Documents. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo identity card (KTP or passport), proof of residential address issued within the last three months (such as a utility bill or bank statement bearing your name and address), and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.
4.3 Processing Time. bototo aims to complete KYC review within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documentation. Complex cases or cases requiring additional review may take longer. Players will be notified of the outcome by email.
4.4 Refusal or Delay. If you decline to provide requested documentation or if submitted documents cannot be verified to our satisfaction, bototo reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or close your Account and to withhold pending withdrawals until the matter is resolved.
4.5 AML Obligations. bototo complies with applicable Anti-Money Laundering regulations. We reserve the right to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities and to freeze Account balances pending investigation without prior notice to the Account holder where required by law.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. bototo accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: bank transfers from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 per transaction. Specific game types or promotional offers may have higher minimum deposit requirements, which will be stated at the point of promotion or at the game entry screen.
5.3 Processing Time. Deposits made via local bank transfer are typically credited to your bototo Account within 1–5 minutes. E-wallet deposits are generally credited instantly. bototo is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking or payment infrastructure.
5.4 Own Funds. You confirm that all funds deposited to your Account are your own and are not derived from unlawful activity. Deposits must not be made using credit extended by a third party for the purpose of gambling.
5.5 Failed Deposits. If a deposit is not credited to your Account within the expected timeframe, please contact our 24/7 support team with your transaction reference number. bototo will investigate and, where the payment was successfully received, credit the amount within a reasonable timeframe.
Deposit Tip: Always use the unique account reference or virtual account number generated by the Platform for each transfer. Deposits sent without a valid reference may experience delays in allocation to your Account.
6.1 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name and matching your verified Account information. bototo does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits per day and per transaction may apply and are displayed within your Account dashboard.
6.3 Processing Time. Withdrawal requests are processed within a target of five minutes for verified Accounts during standard operating hours. In practice, the time for funds to appear in your bank account depends on your bank's processing schedule and may take up to one business day for inter-bank transfers.
6.4 KYC Requirement. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. If your Account has not yet been verified, please submit the required documents as described in Section 4.
6.5 Wagering Requirement Before Withdrawal. If your Account balance contains Bonus funds or winnings derived from Bonus play, the applicable Wagering Requirement must be fulfilled in full before those funds are eligible for withdrawal. Real-money deposits and winnings from real-money wagers are not subject to Wagering Requirements unless otherwise stated at the time of deposit.
6.6 Right to Withhold. bototo reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms, pending investigation.
7.1 General Application. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by bototo are subject to these general Terms and to the specific terms accompanying each individual offer. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
7.2 One Bonus Per Offer. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each Player is eligible to claim each promotional offer once only. Attempts to claim the same offer multiple times — including through duplicate accounts or via shared payment methods — constitute bonus abuse.
7.3 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering Requirements are stated per offer and typically range between 10× and 30× the bonus amount, unless otherwise specified. Only wagers on eligible games contribute to fulfilling Wagering Requirements; excluded games are listed within each offer.
7.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses that are not used or Wagering Requirements that are not fulfilled within the validity period specified in the offer will expire automatically and will be removed from your Account balance without compensation.
7.5 Bonus Abuse. bototo employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract Bonus value, coordinated play across multiple accounts, and artificial inflation of wagering volume. Where abuse is detected, bototo reserves the right to void Bonus funds, reverse associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the Account.
7.6 Seasonal Promotions. bototo regularly runs promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and Ramadhan. Specific terms for seasonal promotions are published on the promotion page and are subject to these general Terms.
8.1 Sports Betting. All sports wagers — including but not limited to BRI Liga 1 fixtures, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, AFF Cup, and MotoGP — are governed by the specific sport and market rules published within the sportsbook section of the Platform. Asian Handicap, Over/Under, mix parlay (accumulator), and voor bola (European handicap) bet types each carry their own settlement rules which must be consulted prior to placing a wager.
8.2 Live Betting. Live (in-play) betting markets are offered on selected events. Odds fluctuate in real time. bototo reserves the right to suspend or close live markets at any time without prior notice. Bets accepted before a market is suspended remain valid subject to applicable settlement rules.
8.3 Casino & Slot Games. Casino table games and slot machine titles are provided by certified third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft, among others. Each game operates under its own independently audited Random Number Generator. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.
8.4 Togel. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are determined by official draw mechanisms. Payouts are calculated per the odds published at the time the wager is placed. bototo is not responsible for errors or discrepancies arising from results sourced from third-party draw operators.
8.5 Void and Cancelled Events. In the event that a sports event is cancelled, postponed beyond the applicable re-scheduling window, or abandoned before the minimum period required for settlement under the applicable sport rules, affected wagers will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Account.
8.6 Errors & Obvious Mistakes. In the event of a manifest pricing error (including odds displayed at a patently incorrect value due to system error or human input mistake), bototo reserves the right to void any wagers placed at the erroneous price and to notify affected Players accordingly.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bototo Platform:
Violations of this section may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where warranted.
10.1 All content displayed on the Platform — including but not limited to the bototo brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software, and game content — is the exclusive intellectual property of bototo or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform.
10.3 Any unauthorized use of bototo's intellectual property will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.
11.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bototo makes no warranty — express or implied — that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bototo's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 bototo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, however caused and on any theory of liability.
11.4 bototo is not liable for losses arising from Force Majeure events, including failures of third-party payment processors, telecommunications networks, or internet infrastructure.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgment: You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose all funds deposited to your Account. bototo does not guarantee winnings of any kind. You accept full personal responsibility for any financial loss incurred through gambling activity on the Platform.
12.1 The collection, storage, and use of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.
12.2 bototo may share your data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and AML compliance bodies where required by law, without prior notification to you.
12.3 You consent to receiving transactional communications (such as deposit confirmations and withdrawal notifications) via the contact details registered to your Account. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time through your Account settings or by contacting support.
13.1 bototo is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gambling behavior among all Players. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from within your Account dashboard.
13.2 Available tools include daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; session duration alerts and time-out periods; temporary account cooling-off periods; and permanent self-exclusion. 13.4 bototo enforces strict 21+ age verification. Any Player found to be under the age of 21 will have their Account closed immediately and all deposited funds will be returned to the originating payment method following verification.
14.1 Termination by You. You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your Account (net of applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
14.2 Termination by bototo. bototo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — and to forfeit associated balances where fraud, prohibited conduct, or material breach of these Terms is established — with or without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
14.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your Account, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 9, 10, 11, and 15 — shall continue in full force and effect.
15.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bototo holds its gaming license.
15.2 Internal Complaints. If you have a complaint relating to the Platform or the handling of your Account, you should first submit your complaint in writing to our support team at [email protected]. bototo will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and will aim to provide a substantive response within five business days.
15.3 Arbitration. If your complaint cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted under the rules of our licensing authority's designated dispute resolution body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
15.4 Waiver of Class Action. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action, class-wide arbitration, or any other representative proceeding.
16.1 bototo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and, where appropriate, by notifying registered Players via email or in-platform notification.
16.2 The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
16.3 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. bototo recommends checking this page whenever you return to the Platform after an extended absence.
